FOUNDER’S STORY — Over thirty years before it had a name
Long before SHAPE MY BEAUTY existed, our founder was already a formulator. As a young woman, she mashed avocados for her face, concocted “potions” to soften and exfoliate her hands and feet, and made fizzy bath water with citric acid long before bath bombs were a consumer product.
A personal health journey led her to study functional medicine, clinical nutrition, products formulary — deepening her understanding of how what we put on our bodies affect us as profoundly as what we put in them. She opened a healthy foods cafe and health and nutrition consulting clinic in 2007, after a few years of part time consulting while working at her day job. With the birth of the cafe and consulting clinic, she officially launched O & A Wellness Group. In 2018, she launched the non-invasive, non-surgical aesthetics clinic, another part of the health, wellness, longevity and vitality ecosystem she’s envisioned for many years.
When her clients started to asking to purchase and take her handcrafted home-care products home with them, Shape My Beauty was born in 2022. It was always more than a business —- it was over 30 years of lived conviction finally given a name.
